Nehemiah's birth mother has been located! Thank you Lord!
The lab in the US sent a DNA kit today to the consulate in VN.
We were told to be prepared that getting a DNA date for a birth mother (to come in and be tested) has become difficult and to set our expectations that it could be 4ish weeks.
After that...
We will get results in about 4ish weeks that DNA is a match.
Then the consulate signs the pre-approval that paperwork is complete.
Then, things changed again and after pre-approval, we will receive notice on our G & R within 48 hours!
HOPING for a short wait for a DNA date!

Praying that the Consulate issues the testing date quickly.
So glad she was located and is agreeable to testing. We'll be praying for her as well. This can't be easy for her.
Can't believe how fast that was. Praying the rest goes just as smoothly.
